Accounting Applications

Students in the Accounting Applications program learn the principles, procedures and theories of accounting in as little as eight months. They are prepared to help businesses succeed by organizing and maintaining business and financial records, preparing financial reports and performing necessary accounting functions.

Tuition financing plans are tailored to the needs of each individual student. Financial aid is available to those students who qualify. Once enrolled, students receiving financial aid are encouraged to use the Department's services including questions or documents received at the student's home. Florida Career Institute's Financial Aid Department is available to assist students with managing their loans from inception to final payoff.

Without a keen eye on profitability and production, businesses would go bankrupt. Knowing and utilizing proper accounting principles and procedures is a necessary element of business success.
