Teachers plan out their classroom presentation to match the ability and needs of their class. Teachers work with students one-one-on-one as well to make sure every child benefits from the lessons. Teachers meet with parents and school staff to discuss a student's classroom progress and personal development issues.

Most teachers work in a classroom setting. Teachers generally work a traditional 10-month school year.
